Learn how to gently self-massage using a SOFT foam roller to release muscular and fascial tension as well as strengthen core muscles and improve balance and stability. This class will teach techniques on how to manipulate fluid and rehydrate the connective tissue in the body to create more space and mobility ultimately leading to decreased pain and increased range of motion and postural alignment. short description.
