Sharon Holly founded Healing Breath Yoga Therapy after she experienced the benefits of yoga therapy during a breast cancer diagnosis and treatment.
Through an integrative approach combining ancient yoga practices and philosophy with western science methodology, Sharon invites her students to become empowered guiding them towards their own inner wisdom and healing.

Everyone is different and has different needs physcially, emotionally and mentally. An individualized program will be created with your goals and desires to guide you towards health and wellness.

Roll, Release & Restore - (Gentle Foam Rolling + YOGA NIDRA) One Saturday/month - 11:00am - 12:15pm (PDT)
Having experienced cancer , Sharon understand the mental, physical and emotion challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis. You will be empowered to take part in your own healing process through a personalized program providing support towards greater ease and peace while strengthening your immune system.
Through an increased awareness of the nervous system and self regulation, you will be taught mind, body and breathing techniques to support decreased anxiety, stress and depression while guiding you towards more even mood and ability to handle life stressors.
Whether you have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, you will learn mindful, movement and breathing techniques that you will be able to do on your own that will allow the body to rest and restore.
Through psycho-education you will learn how to regulate your own nervous system which supports decreased pain and increased energy, mood and stamina.
For those who are recovering from injury, illness or surgery, you will be guided on cultivating body awareness by working within your own limitations to increase flexibility, strength and range of motion.
Focus is on maintaining mobility, balance, and mental clarity. Variations of traditional yoga poses are taught to provide access to yoga for all abilities, creating more energy and confidence.
Through music, story-telling and interactive games, children will explore how yoga can support them in self-regulation, calming body and mind while identifying feelings strengthening focus, coordination and balance supporting incrased self-esteem and well being.
